## Why we exist

Nobody running a dealership has ever said, "What we really need is another dashboard." So we don't build them. We take one problem your team keeps working out by hand, use the data you already have, and turn it into a clear next step.

## What we offer

AutoGenius starts with one specific operational problem. Typical starting points are problems that today mean pulling reports, combining spreadsheets, cross-checking systems or analyzing data by hand. If the data exists, we'll see what we can do with it.

### Inventory

- Problem: hours spent every week merging reports from different tools, and cars that aren't moving still get spotted late.
- Solution: your reports are read and compared automatically. Slow cars are flagged to the right store, with pricing and sales context to decide fast.

### Service

- Problem: schedules set by guesswork every week, and the shop is still slammed at some hours and empty at others.
- Solution: demand is forecast automatically from your service history. Each hour shows if you're over or under, with staff counts to fix it fast.

### Photos

- Problem: every week someone compares inventory with uploads by hand, and missing photos still slip through.
- Solution: inventory and uploads are checked against each other automatically. You see which car to shoot next, and which photos never made it online.

## How it works

- It works with any system you can export a report from. Spreadsheets and CSV exports are usually where we start.
- You don't need to replace your DMS or connect every system. Nothing gets replaced. If you later want updates to run on their own, some systems may need extra access.
- It only reads the exports you already pull. It never changes a price, a listing or anything else in another system.

## Your data

Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) and kept separate for each store. They're never shared, sold or used to train models, and you can have everything deleted at any time.

There is no published price. We're working with a small group of early stores. Show us your workflow and we'll talk it through.
