This policy explains what information AutoGenius ("we", "us") collects through this website, autogenius.us, and what we do with it. It covers the website only. Work we do for a dealership is covered by the agreement we sign with that dealership.

What we collect

• When you ask for a conversation. The "Show us your workflow" form asks for your name, dealership, work email and, if you choose, a workflow you'd like to fix.
• When you ask a question. A question typed into the box under our FAQ is used to write the answer you see. We don't save the question.
• When you browse. We count page visits in aggregate (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type) to see how the site is used. This doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a time to talk.
• To keep a record of the dealerships we're talking to.
• To answer questions asked on the site.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

• Website hosting and visit counting.
• A database that stores form requests.
• An email service that sends form requests to our team.
• A customer-relationship tool where we keep track of conversations.
• An AI service that writes answers to questions typed into the FAQ box.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if AutoGenius is ever sold or merged.

How long we keep it

We keep form requests for as long as we're in contact with you or your dealership, and delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we'll honor them. Reach us through the form on our homepage and tell us what you'd like us to do.

Security

Information travels over an encrypted connection and is stored with access limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive personal or customer information through the website.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
